At the time you make your reservations they will ask for a one-night deposit (refundable if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the check-in date)

Parking - normal parking fees and valet service have been waived as we have an agreement with the hotel that allows us to park our own cars underneath the hotel (covered parking) with in & out priviledges. The hotel will also provide a facility for washing our own cars.

Thursday September 17th
- 8:30 AM Leave for 8-hour drive to Daytona
- Leaving from SC Welcome Center on I-77S
- Have full tank of gas & family radios

- 6:30 PM - Meet in hotel lobby for dinner at "Racing's North Turn Beach Bar & Grille "
overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean; 5.5 miles south of hotel

Friday September 18th

10:00 AM - Leave Resort to take scenic drive around "The Loop" click for information

11:30 AM - Lunch at River Grille. Weather permitting, seating will be outside overlooking the Tomoka River.

1:30 PM Journey to the "Red Tail Bar & Grille" for an afternoon of relaxation and world problem-solving

6:30 PM - Meet in the hotel lobby to go to dinner at "Down the Hatch" overlooking the beautiful Halifax River in Ponce Inlet about 4 miles south of our hotel.

Saturday September 19th
- 12:00 Noon - Dog Races - Meet at brand new "Daytona Kennel Club and Poker Room" the Dog Track (adjacent to Daytona International Speedway)
- 1:00 - Matinee DOG Race click for information
- After races - "hang-out time".
- 5:30 pm Meet in the hotel lobby for a 45 minute drive to go to dinner at "JB's Fish Camp and Restaurant" in New Smyrna Beach www.jbsfishcamp.com Note: just 1.5 miles beyond JB's, is the Canaveral National Seashore - North District www.nbbd.com/godo/cns
