Wings of Eagles Ranch

Wings of Eagles therapeutic riding center is one of two primary charities supported by QCCC. One of our favorite activities with them each year is a work day in the spring to help them get ready for the riding season.

We will rally at the Shell station in Harrisburg Saturday morning no later than 8:45 AM. The address is:

(Early arrivers may be able to grab a cup of coffee and an egg biscuit at the Sam's Mart.)

Ron Berst will lead a caravan departing from the Shell Station at 9:00 AM. Chris Cronin and her team at Wings of Eagles will meet us and show us what needs to be done. We'll work from about 9:30 to 1:30. The ranch will have lunch available starting around 12:30 in the pavilion.

Note: The last quarter mile to the ranch is hard packed gravel, so this is a good ride to skip with your shiny Corvette. Wings of Eagles will have all the tools you need, but you may want to bring any favorite work gloves or other gardening tools.
